A jerk of a customer was arguing about the quality of a product and he said, "you know I want something like this phone I have, it's durable, I dropped it in water and it still works I can throw it against the wall and it would work." He threw his phone against the wall to make a point and it broke in half!
Oh you mean cell phones don't last forever. I'm shocked.
