A customer had a return. They wanted to return a 3 year old item that we have not sold in two year. She started throwing a fit and started saying whatever comes to mind but my favorite line was "You are the only company in the world that sells stuff that goes out of style three years later, it's because this is a piece of garbage isn't it"!!! If technology doesn't change in 3 years what will.
