A customer broke her glasses in my store because she was chasing after her son. She told me that our company needs to pay for her glasses because she's a good customer and that's the right thing to do. If we didn't pay for her glasses she was taking her business elsewhere!
What's her business a dollar a month, I mean who would want a customer that would try to take advantage of them.
