As a customer was signing for her credit card purchase I asked for her zip code because the system requires it.  She said "My zip code is go to hell!  I'M NOT GONNA TELL YOU, I DON'T WANT YOU ANYWHERE NEAR MY KIDS" WTF I just asked for the zip code.
