As I was getting ready to close a man walks up to me and said "Please don't close yet I only need one thing." So I let him in and he tied me up for 45 minutes. Just one thing was about 15 or 20 things.
If it's been that long and the store starts to get busy, I move their stuff aside and go to whoever comes up next. I'm not going to wait on someone who isn't ready to check out.
