A customer called into the store screaming, when I asked him to calm down he said "I'll calm down after I go down there and punch you in the face!" I listened to this guy ramble on for ten minutes to find out he was complaining that the microwave his wife bought was not black! It's not my fault your idiot wife is color blind!
