I once had a very nervous lady bring in her boyfriend's very expensive car for an oil change. She was very insistent that it had a very specific oil put in, "Castrol WD-40". it finally took at least 4 of us to patiently explain she really ment "10-40" (the weight of the oil" and she was asking us to put a lubricant into his oil pan. She just knew she was right, she had even written it down!
