I had a customer spend a small fortune on (Crayons, Coloring books, EZ-sketch machines.) One week later she wanted to return half used crayons and half colored coloring books. She was upset we wouldn't return the items she started to cry, she was saying "He's not an artist, he's not good at art." She was hysterical!
