Our store is very familiar with a customer that always cries to get her way. I mean all the time. Last week she came in and started to cry, as I told her we cannot do what she's asking for she started crying harder. After a while she was on the ground kicking and screaming like a little baby demanding to get her way.
i work in customer service, i had a customer come in and complain how rude one of our cashiers were she gave me a sad story she just had a heart attach and started crying i felt so bad i called the manager had him apogolize...the cashier comes up to me and says i was rude cause she called me fat!
