The other Sunday, 20 minutes after the mall closed, a group of customers came up and asked me what time the mall closed. I told them 5, and they claimed our website told them we were open to 6, when almost every store around us had lights out and gates down. I continued to close my register, and a minute later the same customer came back and said, "I know you're closed, but do you think you could pierce my daughter's ears quick?"
