The other day a customer came in to pick up her lay by, it was overdue by 2 months so it had already been canceled by the store. She then ranted about how it was rude and she deserved everything at the same price, well hello it's not our fault you didn't make payments AND didn't come in by the due date. She then had a fit because she wasn't going to get her $2.50 lay by fee back. scab.
