Don't Come Back Customers Suck

A customer had me on the phone for 45 minutes telling me the same exact thing over and over and over..... I got frustrated and told him I got it, you don't have to repeat yourself! He insisted that he repeated the story 3 more times on the phone. He came into the store and felt compelled to tell me one more time! GRRRR
