A customer came to my customer service desk, very angry. She said she had lost her debit card and had been told it had been found at the Pharmacy and given to customer services. I had not had anything so I looked in the log book and nothing in there. I phoned the Pharmacy and nothing there. The lady then opened her bag to get her mobile out and what did she find? She actually blamed us for her card being thrown in her bag.
