someone called in and said, "I don't have Internet anymore because my neighbor put a password on his Wi-fi, can you hack into his system and unlock the Internet for me?" When I told him we can't do that he said "Well than I'm canceling your service." Apparently he wants to cancel the service he doesn't have.
