Screaming at the top of her voice a customer was demanding her money back for a portable dvd player, and she was demanding that she will get reimbursed for the gas money she spent driving to our store. The reason she was so upset was because her boyfriend already had a portable dvd player and we should know that because we sold it to him. (According to her we should know every customer, what we sold them, and who they associate with wtf.)
