A customer wanted a hand written contract guaranteeing his warranty before he walks out the door. I told him that something like that needs to come from our legal department and I can't just write out a contract; to that he said "What you guys don't keep a lawyer on staff, what kind of shady operation is this?" Why does best buy need a lawyer in every store.
