A customer thought the price of the lawn mower he was buying was too expensive. He was trying to guilt me into giving him a discount. He told me "You know I have cancer, and heart problems I could use some good news." I told him sir I don't control the price and than he said "What is I told you my son died last week, does that help me get a better price!"
