A customer brought in a laptop and said "You sold me this thing 3 weeks ago and now it doesn't work now fix it!" The screen had liquid in it, it was clear it went for a swim. I asked him if it fell in water and he said NOOO.... When I took out the battery water came out. He than grabbed the laptop and said "What kind of cheap company makes a laptop that doesn't work because of water?" (The answer is all of them.)
