Today I had a customer claim he knew exactly what he wanted to buy for his wife on valentines day. He just had to pick whether he should buy a Camera or a Laptop, or an I pod touch, or a new cell phone, of a portable DVD player or a surround sound system but he knew exactly what he wanted.
