Don't Come Back Customers Suck

Today a customer told me that the phone I told him does not work anywhere and he has not been able to make a phone call all month. When I told him he had used almost 2000 minute this month and that there is no way he used the phone that often if his device never worked, he accused me of cloning his phone and running up his bill.
