My name is mike and I have a problem. I have a customer that comes into my restaurant every day at lunch time 'my busiest time of the day' buys a $1.00 coffee and occupies a booth in my restaurant for over an hour. He's been doing this for over 3 months, every time I try to confront him he pretends like he doesn't see or hear me.
