A customer tried to exchange a baby carriage item that we never sold. She refused to take no for an answer and she wanted store credit. When she realized I really could not return the item for her she started her sales pitch by trying to sell me the carriage. I told her I am 16 and I don't plan on having a baby any time soon. She than said your are so selfish and stormed out the door.
