A customer stops by and while signing in begins to immediately to complain. As I have stated before I understand that problems can be frustrating but the issue is that the phone did not work and she could not get in touch with her aunt who is on oxygen. I also get that this could be upsetting. I then question how she can be concerned about her aunt's welfare since when they exit the vehicle the niece is smoking whilst her aunt be on an oxygen tank. Isn't that dangerous? Seems that a cigarette was more important at the time. Huh.
