A customer emailed me telling me she was very interested in buying a piece of real estate, after taking her on a tour I asked if she was interested and she said yes she is. She offered $500.00 for 15 acres of land. In shock I told her you can't be serious this is beyond insulting. To that she said said "the economy is bad they are lucky I gave them that much"!!!Oyyy

    I would of tried to sell her like 2 or 3 feet of property.
